This project was a collaboration with myself, and director Racheal McDonald and Jeff Crouse to create a unique story booth concept using Artificial Intelligence and projection. We worked with SCPS Unlimited to fabricate the booth, sourced from authentic Nola Antique wood. The shipping container was inspired by Nola being a major port city. The experience itself records a 45 second story from guests, and we used Watson to listen the story and analyze the story for keywords and tone, so that we can playback footage shot by Racheal onto the person and the background. The result is a multi-layered experience which the guest gets to keep and share with their own network.

We actually built two booths, one which lives in the WWII museum, and the larger container travels to different NOLA events to collect stories. Both were a lot of fun to design, and I even hand painted an old map of NOLA on both booths myself.
